For therapists

List your group.

Groups are the worst-marketed thing in mental health: they fill by word of mouth, they rarely appear in directories, and people who would benefit never find out they exist. This is a directory built for them. Free, credential-verified, and no one pays to rank.

Who qualifies

We list licensed clinicians, pre-licensed clinicians practicing under supervision, and certified practitioners — each with a badge that says plainly which they are. Credentials we recognize include:

  • Licensed clinicians (psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent) running therapy groups
  • Certified Group Psychotherapists (CGP) and AGPA members
  • Clinicians trained through AGPA institutes, group training programmes, or a group specialty placement
  • DBT skills group leaders, including groups that accept members whose individual therapist is elsewhere
  • Structured psychoeducational and CBT group leaders
  • Grief, bereavement, perinatal, caregiver, and chronic-illness group leaders
  • Pre-licensed associates co-leading under supervision (in-training badge)
  • Peer-led and mutual-aid groups — listed and badged as peer-led, never as therapy

Non-licensed practitioners are listed within their scope: profiles describe your work accurately and don’t use clinical terms reserved for licensed care. US-based practitioners first; international listings are coming — apply and you'll be first in line.

How it works

1

Apply

Two minutes, no account. Tell us who you are and what credential to verify.

2

We verify

We check your license or certification against the issuing board or institute — within 3 business days.

3

You go live

Once approved, we email you a link to fill in your own profile — fees, insurance, who you see. Go live when it’s ready; edit or hide it anytime.

How listings are ordered

Nobody can pay to rank. Results are ordered by how complete a profile is — mostly the things a client needs to decide whether to write: a photo, a real bio, your fees, whether you're taking new clients, and how you can be paid — with a daily rotation so similar profiles take turns at the top.

Once a year we ask you to confirm you're still practicing; saving your profile is the confirmation. A profile nobody has confirmed in thirteen months is hidden until it is saved again, and a profile whose license has expired is hidden until it is renewed — so clients never write to a listing that has gone quiet.
